Kete leter e dergoni veq i ndryshoni e-mailin passwordin e pyetjen sekrete i shenoni si i keni pasur dhe e dergoni Send!

Pas ca minutave iu vjen nje leter konfirmimi qe tregon qe letra eshte derguar dhe do verifikohet nga tekniket e windows live-it!

Pas 24-48 ore do iu vjen nje leter nga ndonjeri nga tekniket ku iu kerkon ndjes per humbjen e passwordit tuaj po ashtu nga ai moment qe merr kete leter parasysh windows live supporti ai account bllokohet njeher per njeher po ashtu ne ate leter iu kerkon t'ia ktheni 16 pyetje/pergjigjeje qe pastaj windows live supporti t'iu dergoj leter në të cilen iu vjen dhe linku per te Resteruar passwordin e e-mailit tuaj dhe ta riktheni atë!
